quick & easy cilantro chimichurri 

We always have cilantro on hand and absolutely love this quick and easy way to spice up some lamb chops, grilled chicken or even on tacos! We hope you enjoy it!

Prep time: 5 minutes // Cook time: 5 minutes // Total: 10 mins // Serving size: 4

 

Ingredients / Equipment:

1 bunch of cilantro

2 cloves garlic

2 TBSP red wine vinegar

3/4 cup EVOO

1 TBSP lemon juice

1 tsp honey

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional: red chili flakes or jalapeno

Blender

Instructions:

Add cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to your blender and combine on low. Slowly drizzle in the EVOO until you have a well blended sauce. Feel free to add more EVOO if you like your sauce a bit thinner.

Serve & enjoy!
