Epic Mason Jar Vinaigrette

You asked, we listened! Here is the recipe to our super easy and delicious "Epic" (EPICurean, get it?) Mason Jar Vinaigrette!



1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 pinch of salt

pepper to taste


Put all contents in a mason jar, shake and serve! It is really that easy! This is our go-to dressing. It is so delicious and so versatile. Use any fruit, veggies, cheeses, nuts... trust us!


Here's a few of our favorite salad topping combos. We like to keep it pretty simple with just a few ingredients. Something sweet, something crunchy and of course, something cheesy.

mixed berries // blue cheese // toasted almonds

carrot ribbons // white cheddar // toasted pepitas

cherry tomatoes // radish // asiago // marcona almonds


PS- tonight, we cut some cherry tomatoes in half,  threw in some fresh basil from our garden and tossed them in our "epic" mason jar vinaigrette. Yes, it was the bee's knees.
